If you were to ask anyone who knows me, they’d tell you the truth: I love to sleep. Whether it’s catching a solid eight hours (or occasionally more) every night. 🙂 I could be a professional sleeper. My blanket and pillow are so comforting.  Sleep makes you feel better, but its importance goes way beyond just boosting your mood or banishing under-eye circles. Adequate sleep is a key part of a healthy lifestyle and can benefit your heart, weight, mind, and more. It is also very important for me to have a nice bedding, a well-ventilated bedroom and other small accessories that enrich the entire interior rooms. Every detail is very important for me, I am delighted that I received a gift from Paul Hewitt, beautiful rose gold watch, and a bracelet. Don`t  you think it fits perfectly with my bedroom color? I think I’ll get up more easily because I know I’m going to put in my hand a new watch this morning! It works quite well for me
